Singapore Named 4th Best Country In The World

Todays, 17th April 2009 Singapore Expat News come from “Straits Times Online“.

The annual ranking of business-friendly countries by financial magazine Forbes Asia saw Singapore jump four spots from last year, leapfrogging Britain, Sweden, Ireland and Finland. Singapore also kept its regional top-dog position as the economy with the best business conditions in the Asia-Pacific. New Zealand was fifth, Australia eighth and Hong Kong ninth.

Yes Singapore is a great place to do business, the tax rate is great and everything works. You would only have a problem if you were IT illiterate and unable to submit your invoices and gain business through all the government web portals.
