Consumers in Singapore said they were less happy last year than in 2007, according to a national customer-satisfaction survey.
Singapore scored 67.9 points out of 100, down from 68.7 from the previous year.

“Customer satisfaction levels of 87 companies across eight sectors and 35 sub-sectors were measured. The worst performing sector was the tourism, hotels and accommodation industry which saw scores falling by 2.4 points.”
