I&#039;m in New Zealand and planning the holiday to stay in Singapore between 1st and 6th of February 2011.

I do not really want to stuck in hotel  due to the Chinese new year if all the place or shop closing.

Could you please advice me when or how long do they closing the shop during the Chinese new year?
