Singapore And Press Freedom – Fail!!

It was one of the only negative things or rather little bits of news I heard since staying in Singapore. Singapore came within the last 30 countries out of 170 in the World Press Index, implicating how well Press Freedom is treated in the respective countries.
Well, considering that this was the only negative news I received here, I guess the title is somehow deserved. That was last year.

The last NDP firework explosion just faded away through the narrow HDB corridors, when I reached home, thirsty and sweaty from a long day, trying to escape the red-Shirts on their crusade for “One nation” through the city.

I got me an ice cold beer, jumped on my sofa and switched on the TV. *zoong* Then… I cannot remember anything. I woke up the next morning with scratch marks around my eyes and ears. What had happened?

Why You Shouldn’t Watch “Bruno” In Singapore (List Of All Cuts)

On my flight back from Europe, where I was roaming around the last 2 weeks, I was nicely seated in between a notorious Scottish gentleman who wouldn’t stop ordering whiskey and a notorious teenager who wouldn’t stop playing “Space Invaders” with full volume on. So what to do?

Exactly, I watched “Borat” three times in a row and after the last “sexy time” I decided to do an experiment. Having watched “Bruno” back in Europe already, I would watch it once more in Singapore, just to check what you guys will never get to see in the cinema, here is the result!
