Singapore has a strange ability to launch very weird (educational) campaigns with a serious background on a more then humorous level.

Singapore’s overall unemployment rate averaged 2.3 percent in 2008, up from 2.1 percent in 2007. The country aims to keep its unemployment rate below 5.2 percent in 2009

Singapore will be Southeast Asia’s weakest economy, shrinking nearly 5.0 percent this year, while Thailand faces its worst recession in 11 years, reflecting a collapse in exports across Asia.
