I will never forgot those easy days long ago and far away. When I didn’t have to worry about which suit to wear in the morning, which Meeting to go to first or which Bill to pay last. My hands were small and I could barely hold my GameBoy with 2 hands.

I get Christmas and Birthday SMS from about every Mobile Phone company operating in Singapore. Why? Because I fall under their “favorite customers” category. I loose every single new phone I get within the first 3 month of playing around with it. I travel a lot, I use my phone heavily, I loose it, I need to buy a new one. Great.

I’m a very creative person myself and just came back from an artjamming session in Hong Kong. As a result I’m fascinated about anything new and “thinking around the corner” approaches in regards to new technologies combined with art.

There I was, shaking, thinking, doubting and not being sure anymore about my decisions, myself, ultimately my dreams that led to this decision, and where they brought me at this very moment. I turn my head as far as possible to the right and take a glimpse out of the window. The propellers are roaring through the thin airplane walls too loud that I could even possibly tell anyone about my skepticism. Around me are maybe ten other people, happy, joking, giving their equipments a last check and waiting for something to happen. Then suddenly outside, nothing, just gray, and seconds later we shoot above the clouds like the cold sweat is running down my back. Fast. From then, everything just .. happens.

Ever since I arrived on the shores of South East Asia 3 years ago, my taste buds get constantly challenged, surprised and much too often burned by “interesting” food and other things I try to digest.

Sometimes, very rarely, I get taken by surprise and have to realize and admit that there are actually quite some mouth watering dishes out there.. here.. that simply don’t exist behind the ocean, where the wild things live.. I mean, my fellow AngMohs.

Lucky for me, I am here, and this is my latest indulging “discovery” – you just have to try this!
